The material of the helmet is ABS, with a thickness of 2mm. The shape and size of the helmet come from SS, which is very accurate. After being scanned and the deformed parts are repaired, its ears and greeblies have been replaced with 6061 aluminum alloy. It has acrylic lenses and customized lining, and there are two versions, weathered and repainted.
